          Oxygen probe is a kind of sensor used to measure the partial pressure of oxygen in carbon atmosphere, usually using zirconia material. The carbon potential of the atmosphere in the furnace can be indirectly measured by the oxygen potential generated by the different oxygen concentrations on both sides of the zirconia. The oxygen probe can be divided into two types: sampling detection type and direct insertion type.
